Pelican terms of service

Pelican is operated by Jamin Xu, Ontario, Canada ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. Contact: founder@askpelican.com.

The service

Pelican matches UGC creators to brands, finds published contacts, drafts pitches, and sends the pitches you approve from your own Gmail account at a slow, safe pace. We do not guarantee replies, deals or income.

Plans, renewal and cancellation

• Weekly $9.99, monthly $29, annual $149. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Plans renew automatically at the full price each period until you cancel.
• Cancel in 2 clicks from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refund on request within the first 7 days of your first payment. Email founder@askpelican.com.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Applicable taxes are added where required.

Your responsibilities

• You approve every pitch before it is sent, and you are responsible for its content.
• No spam, no misleading claims, no harassment. You will not contact anyone who asked you to stop.
• You will follow CASL, CAN-SPAM and other laws that apply to your email, and keep your postal address accurate.
• You will respect Gmail's own terms. We pause sending if bounces or complaints rise.

Suspension

We may pause or end an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. See also the privacy policy.
